If you are receiving this error, your registration details may already be in our system. To find out why you are unable to complete your registration, please use the Contact us form at the bottom of the page and provide your full name, date of birth and email address so we can check our records for any alternate accounts registered in your name.

Survey opportunities are identified based on the information you provide. If you have not completed your profiles, or if the information you provided is inaccurate or out of date, our system will be unable to find the most relevant opportunities for you. Please update your information so we can find new surveys that best match your profile.
This is a compatibility issue and it is not caused by Curizon. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Also, have your internet security settings at medium, and make sure that your email is set up to receive HTML messages, not just text.
Please re-enter the survey using the same survey link and computer/device that you initially used to start the survey. If it still does not work, please use the Contact us form at the bottom of the page providing the survey ID number, the link from your invitation and a description of the error you are receiving or any screenshots that may help us better understand and resolve the issue.
Your session may have been terminated because our system determined that you have already attempted to enter this study, possibly from another survey panel, or because our system detected that you may have multiple accounts. For surveys with honorarium up to $100 the incentive is issued to your Curizon account automatically after you have completed them. If the honorarium is above $100, the crediting takes place approximately 2-6 weeks after the study closes.

If you remain an active member your incentives will not expire. An active member is defined as having attempted at least 1 survey in the past 3 years.
Visit Rewards page to review our catalogue: PayPal, multiple store gift cards (including Amazon, Target, and Starbucks), and a digital VISA card option that allows you to spend anywhere VISA is accepted (you must activate the VISA token within three months of receiving it and once the card is activated, use it within six months).
