Curizon Healthcare panel is open to Physicians/Medical Doctors in Europe. If you want to join please use the Contact us form at the bottom of the page, providing the following information:
1. Your preferred email address
2. Full first and last name
3. Primary specialty
4. Institution/hospital affiliation
5. Hospital Location
If you are receiving this error, your registration details may already be in our system. To find out why you are unable to complete your registration, please contact us via the form at the bottom of the page and provide your full name, date of birth and email address so we can check our records for any alternate accounts registered in your name.
Visit My Account Details page, click on e-mail and/or password, enter the new information and click the Update button. For the e-mail address change you will receive a confirmation email with a validation link. You must follow the steps in that email to complete the process.
Visit My Account page, Details, Personal Info, click the Update this button, enter the new information and click Update.
Visit My Account page, Unsubscribe.
Survey opportunities are identified based on the information you provide. If you have not completed your profiles, or if the information you provided is inaccurate or out of date, our system will be unable to find the most relevant opportunities for you. Please update your information so we can find new surveys that best match your profile.
This is a compatibility issue and it is not caused by Curizon. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Also, have your internet security settings at medium, and make sure that your email is set up to receive HTML messages, not just text.
Please re-enter the survey using the same survey link and computer/device that you initially used to start the survey. If it still does not work, please use the Contact us form providing the survey ID number, the link from your invitation and a description of the error you are receiving or any screenshots that may help us better understand and resolve the issue.
Your session may have been terminated because our system determined that you have already attempted to enter this study, possibly from another survey panel, or because our system detected that you may have multiple accounts. For additional details please use the Contact us form.
This could be a compatibility issue. Please see our recommendations below and check that your system meets them. If you continue to have trouble, contact us and provide a detailed description of the issue, along with the survey ID number and link from your invitation so we can investigate further.

3. Be sure that our site is not being blocked by any spam/site filters.

You may redeem your Rewards at any time by going to the “Rewards” tab on the main page. Survey payments in accordance with the Rewards awarded are credited to your Curizon account immediately after you complete a survey for earnings up to a value of £100. Incentives greater than £100 will be credited to your account approximately 2-6 weeks after a project closes. To redeem your payments, you need to log in to your Curizon account at your convenience to request your preferred method of receipt. You will have a choice of PayPal payments or an Amazon digital card. Amazon codes will be delivered to you via email upon request.
If you remain an active member your incentives will not expire. An active member is defined as having attempted at least 1 survey in the past 3 years.
Login to your Curizon account, click My account then go to Honoraria section.
